Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is an excellent opportunity to be working for a fast growing company in a creative and dynamic environment! This position will be based in Bratislava, and you will be working closely with other teams in the company such a development, operations and product team. As the Account Manager, you will look after relations with existing and new customers and will ensure their satisfactions and maximizing revenues generated by using our products. In this role, you will represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences and identify areas for growth.

Key responsibilities:
- Complete customer care, communication, and relationship with clients
- Facilitating communication between customer and technical team during -implementation of our products and supervising realization of agreed deals on every stage
- Marketing activities and coordination of internal projects
- The active search for business opportunities
- Work in CRM
- Assist in organizing exhibitions and trade shows
- Attend exhibitions and events worldwide
- Maintain excellent relationships with each customer through regular communication and meetings
- Assist to define company strategy for new business
- Manage contract negotiation and processing

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in the English language (any other language is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- A sense of business and economic thinking
- Creative and IT enthusiast eager to learn new things
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
- Strong organizational skills, ability to think out of the box
- Willingness to travel and work remotely if necessary
- Experience in IT or gambling industry is an advantage
- Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage
