Job description, responsibilities and duties
Join our dynamic team as a Data/Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our client's accounting system by automating key processes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, collaborating closely with clients to gather crucial insights, define accounting rules, and transform data into actionable models. You'll also have the chance to enhance and apply your language skills in both German and English.
- You support challenging projects in the credit environment (e.g.non-performing loans, credit risk management, internal controls, loan origination and monitoring)
- You take responsibility for your topics and lead projects and project teams
- In order to meet the high demands of our customers, you will continuously develop yourself and ensure the high quality of the work results

Requirements for the employee

Language skills
Personality requirements and skills
- You have successfully completed a university degree (specialising in banking, finance or similar) and ideally have completed a banking apprenticeship
- Relevant practical experience in consulting projects in the financial services environment with a focus on credit issues, processes and relevant regulations (e.g. CRR/CRD, ICAAP, EBA GLOM)
- Experience in credit risk findings remediation over the whole credit lifecycle, incl. processes, risk management, Non-Perfoming Loans Management, internal controls and policies
- Ideally, you have experience in one or more credit platforms such as Loan IQ, OSPlus, agree21, SAP, Avaloq or a comparable banking solutions
- Your strengths lie in the ability to work in a team, analytical and conceptual skills as well as assertiveness
- Fluent in English (German is a big advantage)
