HR Employee Global Mobility Analyst

This Global Mobility Analyst role is a unique opportunity for someone to build their career in global mobility. This is a brand new and exciting role and will expose you to tax, immigration, social security, and global mobility issues across Capco’s global territories reporting into the Global Mobility Lead in London.

The focus of the role will be working with the Global Mobility Senior Analyst supporting the global offices and HR teams with global mobility advice and best practices. The role will have global reach with the predominant focus on global mobility in and around Europe.

The role will encompass traditional assignments plus business travellers, and you will be liaising with external vendors, the business, HR, and employees.

• Ensuring implementation of the global mobility process.
• Supporting global HR teams with day-to-day global mobility queries.
• Supporting with global assignment setups and liaising with stakeholders.
• Involvement with exposure into new countries.
• Working with external vendors.
• Preparing and reviewing reports and data sets associated with assignee movement.
• Participation in the implementation of new tools, technology, and processes for employee tracking.
• Reviewing invoices, following the invoice process, and responding to queries.

• Technical training, professional certifications, as well as training focused on the development of soft skills (if interested)
