Scrum Master

• Managing the Scrum process with the coordination of the Scrum team in Agile methodology
• Facilitating daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
• Possessing conflict resolution, doing conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect
• Creating useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects
• Acting as a coach in Agile practices: coaching individuals and interactions over processes and tools, helping team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them
• Ensuring the correct use of scrum process, tracking and removing impediments
• Facilitating team for better creativity and trying to improve the efficiency of the development team
• Helping a product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and making them ready for the next sprint
