Our team in CAPCO specializes in software development, mostly for international banks and insurance companies in western Europe. We focus on the western market, which allows our employees the opportunity to work overseas, as well as from Bratislava.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a superb opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic, junior candidate with a fluent level of English eager to learn more around HR (recruitment, onboarding, contract management) to join our exciting team in Capco.

• Support of recruiting activities from administration perspective (phone and e-mail communication and interviews scheduling)
• Onboarding activities in terms of communication, employee management and compliance
• Daily communication and close cooperation with the colleagues in Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Switzerland and France, as well as the candidates
• Employee data management (HR database) and processing of employee’s relevant documents
• Onboarding process from administration perspective, including background check activities

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent English is a must (German and French language knowledge is nice to have)
• Previous HR / Admin role / Customer support / Coordination experience is appreciated
• Reporting is a part of the job therefore we believe you will be happy to create some tables - MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Able to prioritize tasks accordingly
• Strong ability to work within an international environment and be focused on providing a high quality service to the stakeholders
• Attention to detail (data quality)
