Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is a superb opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic, junior candidate with a fluent level of English eager to learn more around HR (recruitment process and coordination) to join our exciting team in Capco.

• Scheduling activities in terms of recruitment (appointments and meetings)
• Daily communication and close cooperation with colleagues in the UK, as well as candidates
• Coordination of talent assessment centre processes
• Recruitment process from administrative perspective, including collecting feedbacks and supporting documents
• Close cooperation with Recruiting and HR Departments in the UK and Slovakia Shared Services
• Onboarding newcomers

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent English is a must
• Previous Recruitment / Customer support / Coordination experience is appreciated (not a must)
• Lightweight reporting is part of the job, therefore we believe you will be happy to create some tables - MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Able to prioritize tasks accordingly, including high amount of flexibility
• Strong ability to work within an international environment and be focused on providing a high quality service to the stakeholders
• Attention to detail (data quality)
