Role Description

• Business analysis in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), including validation of requirements/user stories, functional design and technical design documents in the program and review and validate the test cases and test strategy accordingly
• Able to share best-practices on the design of functionalities / OOB features of MS Dynamics CRM platform
• Lead the design activities for the bank including validation of the design provided by the vendor teams
• Able to coach and mentor the Bank Business Analysts on MS Dynamics CRM platform
• Active communication with the customers, developers and other service delivery teams in order to perform regular operations tasks as well as solve application issues
