Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Assist and advise account manager with regarding the financial performance of our customer and project portfolios
• Prepare financial performance overview in the form of dashboards, management presentations and other evaluations in high quality to meet the reporting needs and standards
• Drive further development and automation of the local reporting tools, as well as connected databases.
• You are responsible for the analysis and administration of customer projects, for example management of project contracts, coordination of resource planning and as-is / to-be analysis
• Providing support by creation of monthly forecasts
• Take responsibility over content preparation of executive board meetings in close cooperation with the management team, as well as the coordination with the finance team and human capital at the international level
• In addition to your daily tasks, you are responsible for working on special projects in process analyses and optimizations areas

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Access - basic
Visual Basic - basic

Personality requirements and skills

Skills and Expertise

• You have completed Master (or equal) degree in economics, business informatics, business mathematics or other education with this area with appropriate professional experience
• Relevant practical experience as a business analyst or reporting analyst or controlling analyst in consulting branch
• You are proficient user of MS Office package
• Experience in MS Excel (including VBA) and MS Access are more than welcome
• We expect excellent and convincing communication in English
• In addition to your professional strengths, you bring your own initiative, teamwork skills and ability to work under high time and quality pressure
