Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Managerial responsibility for 3 technical sub-teams
• Adapting project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout projects to respond to emerging requirements and risks
• Preparing, facilitating, documenting, and actively participating in client meetings and workshops
• Facilitate discussion and cross-team coordination
• Liaison with the business analysts and project managers and other departments • Report development progress to projects and check if progress is as planned
• Participating in the development of new market opportunities that will expand our business, the Capco brand, and our global reach

• Proven ability to work with Project management methodologies and tools without adhering to any specific tool or process model
• Several years of experience with leading and development of team consisting mainly of Developers
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Preferably holding a Scrum Master Certification or a Project Management certification
• Fluent communication skills in English in written and spoken form
• Adaptable/flexible, analytical mind, problem solver, stress resistant, team player
• Several years of experience with leading and development of team consisting mainly of Developers
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
