F&F and GM Marketing Coordinator

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT: 
 

• Search, compile and interpret customer data and insights.
• Assist in implementing brand communication and support the roll-out of the brand plans for F&F Clothing and GM range initiated and defined by Tesco UK and Tesco CE, Tesco SK.
• Contribute to building the clothing brand and drive sales through locally relevant marketing activities and trade-driving campaigns, based on the UK-defined strategy.
• Support the preparation of annual and periodic marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budgets together with the Lead Campaign Manager.
• Execute marketing and advertising activities, ensure consistency across channels and touchpoints both on F&F and GM categories.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and compare results with predefined KPIs and objectives, sharing learnings with the team.
• Help ensure brand campaigns are aligned with customer insights and brand positioning, using feedback and data to improve future communications
• Cooperate closely with Local Proposition, Comms, Leaflet and POS, and other internal stakeholders to align on communication scope and ensure smooth project coordination.
• Work with creative, media, digital (incl. social media), and POS agencies to brief, manage timelines, and ensure delivery of creative assets with accuracy and quality.
• Monitor and understand market trends and competitor activities and provide regular feedback and insights to support strategic decisions and identify potential business opportunities.
• Manage operational and administrative tasks including purchase orders, price offers, financial trackers, and reporting.
• Support the F&F & GM Marketing Manager in solving day-to-day trading and marketing issues and ensure continuity

• University education 
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Upper-intermediate level of english language B2+
