HOW IS WORKING IN THE MARKETING TEAM SPECIAL?
Marketing is truly an exciting place to work. We create iconic brands and bring them to life to make our shoppers feel confident in us. We work with some of the biggest agencies to create inspiring and innovative campaigns stretching from Valentine"s day to Christmas campaigns.
WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
• Understand local customer and business needs to drive effective communication plans, cooperating with CE and UK markets.
• Work with Local Proposition and Central Insight Excellence Team to deliver valuable projects and content, enhancing customer loyalty and brand perception.
• Support HoC and local CD in creating a compelling local marketing strategy.
• Develop and implement brand and communication plans for Tesco, F&F, and F&F Home, GM aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-country communication and creative development with the Head of Brand Communication & Execution Manager and CE Customer Team.
• Manage all marketing communications and projects across all channels to achieve long-term and short-term goals, strengthening the Tesco brand and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with media agencies for effective media planning across all channels.
• Prepare creative briefs, lead briefing process and guide the creative development to align with brand and business goals.
• Oversee media production for TV, print, and radio according to the media strategy.
• Handle the budgeting process for the ATL part of the Country budget, including forecasting and financial cooperation.
• Manage the Campaign Communication team, supporting their growth and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with trade, sales, and other teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Act as an ambassador for customer projects across Tesco Local and CE teams.
• Lead and support special customer projects.
• Represent the Head of Local Brand Communication during their absence.
