WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
As the Lead Digital Campaigns Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing digital campaigns that drive brand engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our FMCG products. You will oversee campaign planning, performance tracking, and insightful reporting to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and implement digital campaign strategies aligned with the organization's marketing goals, target audiences, and brand identity
• Lead a team of digital marketers, providing direction, guidance, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
• Cooperate with marketing department and agencies to define campaign objectives, key messaging, and campaign timelines
• Utilize various digital channels, such as social media, search engine marketing (SEM), display / video advertising, and content marketing, to achieve campaign objectives.
• Conduct thorough competitor analysis and customer insights to identify opportunities for campaign differentiation and positioning
• Create detailed campaign plans, outlining campaign tactics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budget allocation
• Monitor campaign performance and KPIs closely, using data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Implement A/B testing and experiment with campaign elements to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance
• Prepare campaign reports and presentations, providing detailed analysis and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders
• Ensure seamless coordination with other teams to develop visually compelling assets that align with campaign messaging
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to support specific projects or campaigns when necessary
• Stay abreast of industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and campaign improvement
