TESCO is one of the largest retail companies, which focuses on the sale of food and non-food products, operates its own online store, gas stations, provides services in the field of telecommunications and finance. It was founded in 1924 by Sir Jack Cohen in Great Britain.
Tesco entered the Slovak market in 1996 and currently operates 153 stores, two distribution centers and 18 filling stations. With its 9,000 employees, it is the third largest private employer in Slovakia. People Services is about providing the brilliant basic for our colleagues at TESCO throughout their entire career, from hire to retire. Our mission is to deliver over 40.000 TESCO employees legally compliant, accurate and timely contracts, work related HR administration, salary calculations and payments. We achieve this through building our knowledge base for labour law, tax regulations, data processing technology and employment processes at TESCO. Our work is supported by leading edge systems, with a growing scale of digitalisation, automation and self-service solutions. Moreover, our power is in our colleagues, working together in a positive and innovative spirit, building a best in class People Service team in Europe.
• Ensure all administrative tasks connected with the People lifecycle are completed in line with legislation and internal guidelines.
• Liaise with various teams to ensure payroll activities are completed on time and payments are paid on time.
• Create and deliver critical and complex process reports to Business and third parties.
• Train and mentor new joiners in the team on process specifications.
• Complete process validation according to the scheduled timelines, ensure any issues are fixed and then report output to Lead and Manager.

• MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - Intermediate
• Willingness to relocate to Hungary
