What the job is about:
- Provide the best in class planograms for stores.
- Follow all our internal KPI's, so that each planogram is built to minimize Cash and Stock value and maximize Sales by having right shelf capacities for each product
- Make sure each planogram follows actual Customer Decision Tree and is in line with category strategy
- Provide proper merchandising for strategical lines - Tesco products to be in line with company strategy
- Prepare 3D merchandising for RR's and make it ready for 3D sign off
- Make sure that range on all final planograms are in line with range provided by buyer and amended for non-available lines provided after the availability check.
- All Small range changes are done according to Essential range change tool and timing
- Manage a product database to have right dimensions, SRP detail and product pictures and keep it all updated in the JDA database/shared drive
- Make sure that planogram settings are according to agreed standards important for planogram lifecycle
- Support line manager by providing data, ad-hoc reports as per request
