Department: People
Key responsibilities:
Being responsible for Retail recruitment agenda including attraction marketing. Effectively driving & coordinating recruitment process and recruitment events through effective and highly motivated recruitment team.
Activities:
- Overseeing end to end recruitment process in market
- Delivering recruitment for Retail SK
- Developing the local market resourcing plan and ensure execution
- Defining recruitment channels and delivering attraction strategy
- Collaborating with other streams and stakeholders to deliver new projects and products for recruitment.
- Closely collaborating with CE Recruitment team and Brand strategy team relating to recruitment activities for market
- Delivering workforce plan through right recruitment in RC
- Responsible for engaging all stakeholders and other teams to deliver our recruitment plan
- Proactively support Business partners with delivering local recruitment plans
- Ensuring delivery of recruitment activities and processes with local People operations team
- Being responsible for collecting and providing recruitment related numbers
