TESCO is one of the largest retail companies, which focuses on the sale of food and non-food products, operates its own online store, gas stations, provides services in the field of telecommunications and finance. It was founded in 1924 by Sir Jack Cohen in Great Britain.

Department: Finance
What will be your job with us?
• Generating insight that gives view of the sales drivers which helps the business drive relevant actions
• Monitoring of key Business activities and their impact on our Financial Targets (New Stores Opening, Trade Plan Activities, Loyalty Program, etc)
• Connecting Finance data with customers behavior, market forces and external factors
• Identifying risks and opportunities for category/country which help drive relevant business action and help to reflect these actions into short/long term plans
• Translation of company strategy into Financial targets
• End to End ownership of the Budget/Forecasting Process in Central Europe when cooperating with Sales and Market Insight Teams, Marketing Teams and Business plan owners
• Helping Business, CE Finance Leadership and Group Finance understand current performance in connection with Market performance and Tesco Business strategy
• Ensuring that business understands sales drives at product and channel level and delivers against KPI's
