Within Tesco Business Services and Technology, the Customer and Colleague Engagement Centre provides support for internal colleagues and external customers. The colleague support team receives IT and Product related queries while the customer team receives ClubCard, Tesco Online and general customer service related queries. Both teams are supported by an operational support team, to ensure an excellent customer experience and flawless operation. Altogether we are around 80 colleagues in the team and we provide support for Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
• Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and general customer service for Hungary
• Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
• Taking ownership of the issue
• Escalating contacts efficiently
• Please note this position is in the afternoon shift from 14:30 to 23:00, including weekends and national holidays
