What is the role about?
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 5 recruitment specialists located in Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic
• Managing end-to-end recruitment to support all office-based vacancies across the CE region
• Defining and designing recruitment channels and developing an attraction strategy
• Promoting exceptional recruitment service and candidate experience
• Actively working on the improvement of important measures related to recruitment (quality and quantity of candidates, time to fill, cost of hire)
• Managing effective communication and collaboration between the recruitment and other departments
• Budget planning, forecasting and tracking expenses

Personality requirements and skills

What would you need to be successful in this role?
• At least 8 years in a recruitment role with multinational companies, experience in the retail industry is an advantage
• Experience in managing recruitment teams, experience with remote management is an advantage
• Broad knowledge of the industry and market best practices
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive processes in a matrix organization
• Structured and analytical mindset with great communication and interpersonal skills
