What will be your job with us?
- Owning and setting the strategy for Direct to Customer communications in Central Europe, across email marketing, push notifications and SMS
- Creating the long-term Direct to Customer communications development roadmap, partnering with Technology to deliver new developments
- Setting the goals, objectives and measurement frameworks of direct to customer campaigns
- Planning direct to customer communication in accordance with the trade and marketing proposition activities, overseeing the deployment of all campaigns
- Building a test and learn framework to ensure a constant optimisation of campaign performance
- Understanding basic technology on building and retaining customer base with the respective systems and restrictions (datastores, CRM, data exchanges, GDPR) 
- Coordinating, aligning and leading our agency partners and cross functional departments
