- Review fruit and vegetable suppliers and site compliance to Tesco’s technical and quality standards
- Work closely with suppliers and make sure they follow relevant standards and specifications
- Manage product specifications
- Manage performance of fruit and vegetable suppliers, define and control corrective action plans
- Manage category projects and ad-hoc issues
- Work closely with other functions across countries where Tesco operates to make sure that Product Rules are followed and any issues are solved
