• Analyze data and insights to determine industry and consumer trends
• Constant support for Company to underline best commercial decisions
• Together with Commercial devise short-term/mid-term development strategies for product categories
• Evaluate and review plans on regular basis
• Liaise with Customer / Trade / SRD teams on range / price / promo strategy - create compelling insight for the categories
• Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories
• Contribution to sourcing process, participating in evaluation committees, supporting negotiations based on value limits and priority
• Foster trust relationships with suppliers to discuss category management / customer insight
• Create compelling supplier Insight - Sales & Profit mix (Cash - CGM / Quantum / Tgap / Waste), Own Brand vs Brand and implement findings into a plan
• Bridge between Marketing, Clubcard, SRD and DotCom
