WHAT THE PROGRAMME IS ABOUT:
• You will work in People Department - work in this department is really about people - recruiting them, helping them with their onboarding, understanding what skills are needed and helping them to get them and grow their potential, ensuring fair reward and interesting offer of benefits, listening to their feedback, helping them to be at their best, attracting and retaining best talents on the market.
• You will get fast-track, challenging development programme which gives you a chance to steer you career path with ongoing support from our best leaders.
• You will experience a range of rotational placements which give you a breadth of knowledge about your department and our CE business. You will have a great opportunity to work in an international team and meet other programme participants.
• We encourage self-led development and support this with a range of e-learning, face to face training sessions and giving you opportunity to learn from others.

• Full time, temporary contract for a fixed period: 9 months.
• Place of work: Bratislava.
• Salary: 1300 € in gross.

• Education : University Graduates - max 2 years after BA or MA
