Aká bude vaša práca u nás?

As a customer service associate you would be a fundamental part of the Colleague and Customer Engagement Services and be at the forefront of the business - the foundation of how we deliver for customers and colleagues every day. 
Whilst specific responsibilities will be dependent upon the changing needs of the Tesco business the essence of the position will be the proper and prompt communication with both customers and colleagues, handling queries and acting as a helpdesk representative for them.
