• Producing the initial project plan, tracking and reporting progress to the line manager.
• Working with the business and systems teams to make sure the right resources are assigned to the project related tasks, and the effective communication is in place.
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate.
• Implementing project in line with the agreed plan.
• Providing high quality business process analysis and mapping to support strategic decision making.
• Developing full solutions and operating models to increase productivity and to improve customer experience.
• Managing solution development and implementation by building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Delivering key milestones and ensuring decisions are made to maintain project timelines.
• Coaching and supporting team members to deliver Process Improvement objectives.
• Play active role in User Acceptance Tests.
• Keeps the customer's interests and expectations in mind throughout the project, treating the user-friendly system and functional operation as a priority.
