You will be responsible for:
• Being the voice of customers
• Understanding the customer experience driving shopper behavior
• Leading all HM's customer researches
• Developing and maintaining format reports and trackers
• Leading, managing and coordinating the local surveys
• Providing clear summary and recommendation with special focus on the HM channel
• Communication, checking and negotiating with research agencies
