• Participate in implementation of regional reward strategy.
• Analyze and interpret internal and external data to model changes to various reward elements such as base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives or benefits.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Support the annual pay rise, bonus processes and various CE reward projects.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses on request.
• Work closely with country Reward Managers with any compensation and benefits related questions.
• Support CE Lead Reward Manager in any compensation and benefits related questions.
• Effectively work together with partner departments on ad-hoc projects.
