I build up haulers and supplier network to support Primary business growth
I seek ways to utilize Tesco fleet more balancing costs and revenue to generate profit
I manage cyclic summaries with business partners on individual performance results. Aiming on constant improvement
I seek revenue generation possibilities and optimization to growth Primary margin
I work close with Supply Chain and product team on bringing in new suppliers on board
I cooperate with depot‘s operations teams to provide best service from Primary and received best service from DC side
I work closely with 3rd Pry Contractors on growing consolidation business within the country
I do frequent operational and finance analysis to support growth and bgt delivery
I support CE Primary team with me knowledge and ideas
