• Temporary contract till 28.2.2020
• I provide food and safety labels for Tesco Branded products and stickers for imported Tesco Branded products
• I take responsibility for correction of provided pack copy translation from external company to make sure pack copy is legal and safe and there is minimum of comments at artwork stage
• I am responsible for artwork approval (back of pack either front of pack) in language I am representing for Tesco branded products. I make sure all labels are legal and safe and meet all requirements of EU regulation, local law and internal policy
• I take a responsibility for translation of stickers required for imported Tesco branded products to relevant country which I represent. I make sure our depots have all they need to produce stickers for imported products and orders are not suspended or cancelled
• I contribute on elimination of number of comments at artwork stage
• I monitor all changes in EU, local law and Tesco policy and I implement those changes
• I ensure all my tasks are delivered according to the critical path
• I contribute on specific projects to improve efficiency of my team
• I support NPD team to build all necessary legal requirements prior to individual projects to make sure all legal requirements are taken into the consideration before the project starts
• I support NPD team to prepare the text for SRP prior to any product launches
• I am flexible and helpful for all my colleagues when any ad hoc issues have to be managed
• I work collaborative with our translation external company to make sure the database they use is accurate
• I work with legal advice external company to clarify all my queries to make sure my label is legal and safe and meets all requirements of EU regulation and local law
• I work with TQC system to find out all details which I need to build a legal and safe translation/artwork
