• I build the F&F brand, I shape the clothing strategy and I implement the marketing plan
• I understand Trade plan both in-country and CE Clothing
• I ensure that promotions are well planned
• I ensure the customer feedback is taken under consideration when planning
• I resolve the promotion problems
• I ensure leaflets are completed on time with correct information
• I ensure communication flow between in-country marketing and PR team
• I ensures that all communication channels – TV, press, flyers, web and POS – are maximized to hit stretching brand awareness and KPI targets
• I work with internal/external stakeholders
• I create new ideas to improve our business
• I create a team spirit in my department
