Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsible for creating the overall strategy of the communication of the own brand/ category reset innitiatives
• Developing and managing the overall own brand and category reset communications on all channels (ATL fully, and supporting BTL &Digital)
• Cooperates with other relevant departments (insights, product, retail) in order to ensure successful execution of Own branded / category reset campaigns and other assigned campaigns.
• Colleagues are always part of the communications and builds strong relationships with the CA/HR teams
• Works closely with the media team to prepare an effective, well- targeted media plan to support the launches
• Cooperates on building overall CE category resets comms strategy in line with overall CE comms strategy
• Lead the development of Own Brand/ Cat Reset communications across the CE region
- Briefing the CE agencies on the campaign and developing the CE creative part in line with overall brand strategy
- Managing the production budget for CE
- Leading the cooperation with the agencies on the assigned campaigns
- Managing the overall plan and execution on CE level on the assigned campaigns
- Preparing post evaluation of assigned CE campaigns across CE
- Close cooperation with other communication/brand managers, BTL and Digital teams when planning, developing and executing the assigned campaigns

• Country local team and comms budget management with the media team (media team responsible)
- Supporting the local Customer communication teams
- Ensuring all the CE campaigns are locally well and appropriately executed
- Supporting the overall yearly media planning and agreeing on the strategy with media team

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

• Consumer marketing experience 3 -5 years
