WHAT YOU CAN PARTICIPATE ON:

Providing practical legal advice in cooperation with colleagues across Central Europe in the field of supply and sales relations, including co-operation with various internal and external entities and negotiations with authorities.
Assessment of contracts and transactions from the legal point of view.
To prepare legal opinions, analyses and reports.
To train colleagues to help them understand the legal aspects of business and encourage their decision-making.
