Supervising and supporting Leasing manager in leasing matters (lease amount, recommended terms and conditions in the contract…).
Responsible for the long term budget execution within assigned area.
Negotiate leasing contracts so that they meet Tesco corporate standards and legal requirements.
Actively monitor the market, establish contacts with possible tenants and anchors in order to identify their expansion strategy to Tesco Malls.
Negotiate with tenants; accept HoTs with my manager and contracts records in line with Tesco procedures.
Use the information about the retail and property market to bring the best market solutions for the business.
Try to do things simpler for stores.
Develops efficient cooperation with tenants and carries out effective negotiations to improve their results within assigned area.
Sustain the adequate mix of tenants that meets financial objectives and customers’ expectations.
Achieve KPIs for Malls’ tenants.
Review the leasing offers, analyse vacancies and evaluate the tenants offers within assigned area.
Implements current strategy for Tesco Malls.
Create plans, so called rent roll, concerning detailed rentals, the size of the premises and sign it off with Line manager.
Be accountable for fulfilling all formalities connected with introducing tenants in line with the leasing procedure, i.e. delivering deposits/guarantees/protections resulting from the leasing contract within assigned area.
Deliver the budget and feedback to Line manager on the possibility to reduce costs as well as on the potential risk connected within assigned area.
