Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main goal of the job is to support CE Lead Media Manager to ensure effective ATL communication supporting our business across CE region and tactical campaign planning
Contact with media agency on CE level and collecting information about fees, ways of working and contract for the line manager
Actively manage the weekly/monthly process of media buying for CE
Preparing data and budget for the media tender
Discussing with the Brand team their marketing activities and inform them about the media plans
Book the media plan and keep the given budget
Following up the yearly media commitments
Collecting information for the media audit process –, communicating with the media auditor, organising the results presentations and drawing relevant learnings
Preparing media reports (e.g. competitive reporting, media market development, …etc.)
Post-analysing the campaigns as to the media effectiveness
Cooperation with Corporate purchasing and the line manager collecting the information to evaluate the media agency performance

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

BA / MA education
Knowledge and practical experience in media management area (media agency or company media buying), preferably across CE countries, in managers position 3 - 5 years.
Driving licence
English – written and spoken
Excellent communication, organisational skills Excellent analytical skills
Is able to demonstrate customer focused thinking
Skilled with PC (MS Office, Excel, Word, Power point)
