Process technician/engineer (m/f)

TEG covers all areas of assembly (cutting, punching, laser cutting, sewing, welding, packaging) and produces for customers in the automotive, filtration, industrial and medical sectors. We are looking for a skillful Maintenance Technician.

• ​​​Program creation for various machines and systems (e.g. laying patterns, cutting programs, sewing programs)
• Determination of associated machine parameters and sample production for new projects
• Monitoring and analyzing production processes as well as developing and implementing process improvements
• If necessary, optimization of customer drawings and adjustment of cutting data
• Selection, acceptance, commissioning and start-up support for new machines and systems
• Monitoring of the machinery to ensure trouble-free operation
• Creation of technical documentation (e.g. parameter sheets, parts lists, work instructions, test gauges)
• Introducing to employees in the area of technical machine operation
• Training and supporting our customers on technical issues
