Job content:

Full responsibility for the defined customer on the Slovak market with the target to:

• Fulfill agreed sales volume and value targets
• Maximize market shares
• Optimize profit
• Improvement and optimization of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI´s) (Sales forecast accuracy - SFA, logistics, credit notes - CN)
• Receivables management

Assist the superior in the daily business, analyses, report etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implementation of company marketing and sales strategy at the client
• Managing and developing excellent relationship with the client
• Realistic sales planning and delivering the results (reporting deviations vs. the plan, finding the potentials to cover the potential gaps)
• Preparation, execution and evaluation of the activities presented by local marketing per the prepared activity plan at client
• Assortment and novelties management
• Price management
• Allowance & KES budget management (spending)
• Solving of the daily issues within the client to ensure smooth trading
• Regular reporting of the client development – (sales, market shares (MS), profitability, KPI´s)

Other responsibilities

Strategic planning

• Develop client specific OGSM based on customer insight, our business performance/position, growth potentials, overall competitive situation and company targets

Client management

• Preparation and running of the annual negotiations
• Defining strategies and goals (max./ min.) with respect to the customer’s history and plans as well as client's strategies together with the superior

• Regular contact / meetings with all decision makers at customer (buyer, marketing, logistic,..)

Sales development / Profitability

• Planning of Sales (long-term – annual plan, mid term – Q-terly & short term (value and quantities – VKS(forecast))
• Daily control of the sales development and profitability with proposals for countermeasures, review against the plan
• Ongoing search for efficiency improvement: rebates, KES(spending), promotional in/output

- university degree
- at least 3 years of experience
- very good communication skills, customer oriented
- ideally experience in Prague or Vienna
- ambicious, with good potencial to manage/motivate and lead people
