Manufacturing Engineer

Engineering support of production processes: manual assembly, semi-automated assembly, plastic injection molding and/or similar processes


• Workplace and cell design (rescheduling of work steps, work sequences and resources) from the point of few of ergonomics end productivity
• Create, change, maintain routings and BOMs (in SAP)
• Create and change plans for maintenance for tools and machines in SAP
• Support and continues improvement of manufacturing technology and processes, focus on potential automation and saving projects
• Implement technical changes of worksteps and workflows based on qulaity or product design needs.
• Time recordings with a valid Refa certificate (determination of target times and analysis of throughput
• times and production processes).
• Create tool orders and basic drawings of small fixtures in CAD.
• Support of production to gain productivity and reduction of scrap in the process
• Support of saving projects in the production processes
