Production manager

We are currently seeking a new member of management for the role of Production Manager who will be responsible for all shopfloor operations, including safety, quality, production output and efficiency including continuous improvement of KPIs in the

Your key responsibility will be:

• Manage production value streams
• Safety on the production shopfloor, setting and developing standards and trainings of employees (one Shift Pattern)
• Coordinating with other departments activities to achieve and improve our KPIs
• Prepare and being responsible for department annual budget planning and department finance
• Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Responsible for monitoring and accomplished of production objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner, gap analyses and actions plans for improvements.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel and his continuous development
• Ensure output meets required quality standards
• Proper staffing of production teams to meet expected outputs and efficiency
• Initiate continuous improvement activities in accordance with company procedures and targets.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and guidelines, including IATF, ISO and other EHS requirements.
