Senior Associate

As a senior associate you would be a member of our specialized and renowned Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets team with primary responsibilities as follows:
• Analysing, reviewing and preparation of documents relating to corporate management and business operation of the companies;
• Participation in transaction negotiations and drafting contractual documentation;
• Coordination of communication with the clients, potential investors, business partners, counterparties and public authorities;
• Providing operational legal support for the company’s executives;
• Providing legal advice to a variety of corporate clients, including clients doing business in “industries of tomorrow”;
• Monitoring and implementing regulatory changes;
• Auditing internal policies (from the legal side).
