Job description, responsibilities and duties

As an associate you would be a member of our specialised and renowned labour law team with primary responsibilities as follows:
- analysing legal issues related to labour law;
- preparation of legal opinions and drafting contractual documentation;
- participation in client negotiations, litigations, public or private proceedings;
- advice is provided to a variety of corporate clients, including clients doing business in “industries of tomorrow” including start-ups and innovative enterprises.
