Job description, responsibilities and duties
- New equipment start up
- Process optimization, proposal of new investments
- Chemicals & energy consumptions
- Documentation preparation /MOCH, P&ID, SOP, mass - balances/
- Test of new chemicals in production
- Departmental people trainings
- FESMA and NEAR MISS findings
- Equipment & pipeline labelling
- Reports preparation
- Energy balance
- Area projects preparation (CAPEX, Budget, timing…) and execution (supervision)
- Perform tasks based on requirements of his/her supervisor
- Reliability (preventive and predictive maintenance)
- Close collaboration with other departments: Reliability (preventive and predictive maintenance), Safety (safety improvements), Quality (profiles, specifications, process parameters), Enviro (COD improvements, chemicals/energy consumption), Project & Process (equipment and consumptions optimization)
