E&I Project Engineer

- Deliver a manage the preparation, implementation of new investments and operation modification entrusted to him/her
- Implement all existing and necessary security requirements for specific projects
- Reviews and monitors compliance with occupational health and safety of contract workers and ensure to use for their work always right tools
- Works on preparation and applications for the necessary permits for construction to state authorities and follows them until they are released and enter into force
- Provides and prepare budget, timing and new ideas the next investment (financial) years
- Deliver documents for inclusion of investment shares in the register of company fixed assets
- Is responsible for the implementation and delivery of the documents necessary for the projects (permits, HAZOP, change management, HACCP,...)
- Implements all applicable and relevant collateral standards
- Monitors the budget and timing projects entrusted to him/her on a regular basis
- Is responsible for regular inspections regarding compliance and updating P & ID (machine-technological schemes) in the framework of projects entrusted to him/her
- Cooperates with other groups for maintenance, and energy production in the course of the project, investment objectives and other changes
- Is responsible and ensures that projects entrusted to him/her are at all times in accordance with the implementation timetable and budget
- Prepare the necessary reports about projects progress, entrusted to him/her
- Ensures proper project documentation for needs of permits, execute projects, operation departments and maintenance departments
- Is responsible and ensured control of execution jobs on the side with cooperation with civil supervisors
- Deliver and control execution jobs of subcontractors
- Manages and implements ,configuration, purchase, integration electro LV, HV and process control solutions for various applications
- Develop software and hardware design specifications.
- Design, write, implement, test and document PLC and HMI software.
- Develop E/I validation/testing protocols.
- Specify and purchase electro and process instrumentation.
- Specify and purchase PLCs, drives, and other electrical components and equipment.
- Generate electro system architecture and automation network drawings..
- Install, test, and start-up electro and control systems on-site.
- Trains operators and engineers on control systems
- Perform tasks based on the requirements of his/her supervisor
