Job description, responsibilities and duties
• • Main Leader for Upgrade and maintenance Management System (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22 000) in T&L Boleraz, incl. lead of Plant Processes Business Risk Assessment. Profound collaboration with Area Managers and Plant Management
• Supervising of all Q documentation on behalf of QA responsible area at plant level, update of local procedures in line with Global processes
• Preparation of Annual Management review according to ISO 9001, FSSC 22 000 and EFICS
• Back up for Quality manager for yearly Food/Feed safety, ISO 9001 training at plant level, CCP training
• Food/Feed safety, GMP training for external provides (e.g. warehouse, cleaning stations)
• Responsible for PRPs, SOPs, FSMA, Internal audits organizing and follow up plant level
• HACCP knowledge through knowledge of technology and customer requirements
• EFISC – potential main contact TBL
team member for update of procedures improving interdepartmental collaboration (Supply chain – Customer Service GSP and Global system governance)
• TBL customer audits, Quality and Service plant complaints follow up incl. SAP (back up), including audit database overall responsibility
• Active participation/facilitation of customers audits
• Internal audit participation in TBL
• Audit action points verification at the field
• Audits of warehouse, cleaning station and toller under TBL responsibility
• Follow up of legal register, check of Corn contaminants reports control prior release
• Pest control
