Transport Scheduler

• Planning of the TBL products and Co-products loading and transport
• Administration of the deliveries
• Daily transport/loading schedule update and sharing it with the Weighbridge team
• Regular follow up on transport providers' performance - KPIs (on time delivery, In full, Complaints, fit to customers’ requirements, communication, etc.)
• organize regular operational transport companies meetings
• regular transport equipment / providers local audits
• Regular update of the transport performance tools – database with the performance of the transporters
• close cooperation with other departments and external subjects
• transport documents securing
• Minimizing of extra costs related to deliveries, optimizing payload
• if necessary, assists and substitutes his/her colleagues as a back up according
to internal rules

according to collective agreement; working among young energetic people having drive; motivated and challenging job; using foreign language on daily basis
