Job description, responsibilities and duties
Position fitting for a skilled Project Manager who has got experience in managing multiple process improvement projects inside some branded goods company (FMCG, electronics, consumer goods, ..) ideally with focus on products launches, new products development, improving of supply chain effectiveness, market activation or similar. He/she has covered multi-country projects and is used to having frequent interface with HQ. Strong presentation and project management skills are must. International mind-set supported by study or work abroad. Position is based in Germany, HQ of a global branded company in FMCG.

Responsibilities:

Efficient international Project steering of Product Launch Projects

Considering diverse requirements (technologies, packaging developments, capacities, process technical milestones, timing)

Coordination of Feasibility Studies (regarding costs, complexity, timings) to upfront decision gates

Process owner of the Project Management Tool being responsible for continuous process control from kick-off to production phase

Managing interfaces and communications to project relevant departments (e.g. Intl. Marketing), Supply functions (Intl. Packaging Development, Production planning etc.) and involved regions/ countries

Launch and Post-Launch Deviation analysis for continuous improvements
Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards
Relevant t4000 + EUR Gross. Please consider this level only as indicative information. The final basic wage will be agreed with selected candidate to be motivating and in line with the company´s remuneration policy in accordance with fair and market rules

Experience/Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in project management and product management / marketing in some branded goods company
• Having international experience and multi-cultural approach (studied or worked in different than the local country)
• Excellent Project Management track record and outstanding communication skills
• Performance driven, High energy level
• Strong networking capabilities and very good analytical skills
• Master Degree in Business Administration or similar
• Advanced MS Office
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
