Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our client is a vibrant, global fast moving, customer centric organization whose core values are creativity, ownership, innovation and a bias for action. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Slovakia to grow the dedicated and innovative recruitment function in a high-tech and commercial work environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Own the candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
• Deliver against headcount plan on time and on budget, managing workload across team
• Manage the recruitment team across providing strong direct and indirect resourcing leadership and career development applicable for the team.
• Review processes to identify and implement best practice sharing and communication.
• Innovate with new solutions for attracting top talent, focusing on pipeline development for key positions.
• Partner with the business and HR regarding talent assessment, development and succession planning as an integral part of the local and European HR team.
• Drive consistent review of recruiting metrics and make data driven decisions which move the organization toward further efficiency.
• Work with Finance to manage headcount reporting and produce weekly reports for senior management team.
• Ensure compliance with EU recruitment processes across the team, including data integrity, SLAs, KPIs and use of Applicant Tracking System
• Be a thought leader representing the local needs where talent decisions are considered and carried out.
• Strengthen and develop the employment brand.
• Ensure consistent review and management of vendors, agencies, cost and efficiencies in the recruiting function.
• Deliver interview skills training to Hiring Managers

• The ability to create world-class standards with recruitment processes and tools with a passion for talent development.
• Significant experience leading recruitment teams in a fast moving, hands-on environment.
• Experience in supporting business recruitment in companies achieving substantial growth.
• The ability to grow Graduate and MBA recruitment programs.
Preferred Qualifications
The successful candidate will be/have:
• An innovative business and recruitment thought leader with strong analytical acumen.
• An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
• Strong people management skills
• A University degree, ideally in HR, industrial relations, or related field.

• High energy and flexibility, fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal) and huge amounts of drive.
• Comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to “roll up your sleeves.”
• A history of quickly gaining credibility with key stake holders in a global business.
• A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables.
• Fluency in English.
