Your responsibilities:
- Support Recruitment Partners in their daily activities
- Manage job postings and screen CVs
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring managers
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including work with internal HR tools, Excel, and job boards

Minimum education required
University student
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)

- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in recruitment or employer branding is an advantage
