Job description, responsibilities and duties

We search for Senior Finance Analyst with German for our client with these responsibilities
• Follow-up with customers via emails and phone calls to ensure timely collection of payments for assigned portfolio
• Research, analyze and resolve the Customer’s inquiries and payment blockers
• Reconcile AR balances, manage and resolve every financial discrepancy between our and Customers’ accounts
• Earn customers’ and peers’ trust and build long-lasting relationship.
• Participate to cross functional and process improvement projects
• Create and implement standard operating procedures and process workflows. Analyze, recommend and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal business partners in other world’s regions
• Timely report via weekly metrics and provide status updates on customers’ accounts and projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent German & English
• Previous Account Receivables, Account Payable, Customer Care, or other customer facing work experience
• Extensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting
• Direct and concise communication skills
• Strong record of managing customers’ disputes.
Ability to take initiative, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Proficient in Excel

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies or other directly related areas
SQL and Business Intelligence tools
Continuous Improvement qualification
