Your main task would be:
• Communicating with local and international leaders to understand and fill the roles they have open, create job descriptions and advertisements, manage our portals and post vacancies online.
• Candidate processing (CV and phone screening, facilitating and conducting interviews, sending feedback).
• Actively sourcing candidates, managing and developing our candidate list and participating in external company promotion activities.
• Actively participate in efforts to continuously improve our recruitment services, brainstorming new ideas and proactively looking for ways to improve the way we recruit.
• Participation in projects related to HR and recruitment.
