Job scope - As part of Learning and Development Team you will:

- Prepare, faciliate and develop trainings for internal employees, managers and specialists based on business needs
- Identify the areas of improvement of employees and propose strategic development plan
- Prepare learning materials, schedule training sessions, handle registration and applications (data management) communicate with vendors and external trainers
- Be responsible for budget, participate on choosing vendors
- Participate on trainings when needed – as the speaker, faciliator or coordinator
- Matching the business needs via trainings and development plan, maintaining intranet section up to date
- Prepare and deliver feedback meetings with both trainers and employees

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:

- Senior experience within the field: 4 – 6 years of relevant experience with trainings and development of employees, preferably in international corporate environment (internal HR department)
- Fluency in Business English
- Experience with building a strategic development plan, preparing training materials and schedules
- Experience with feedback sessions
- Teamspirit, pro-active approach, ability to work in fast paced environment
- Relevant IT skills as a user – MS Office/Lotus Notes/Knowledge Management tools
