• Ensure reliable, scalable, and secure data exchange across systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., SAP CPI/BTP) and other integration patterns
• Partner with upstream and downstream system owners to define interface requirements and coordinate changes
• Lead the resolution of complex cross-system issues, including data discrepancies, integration failures and downstream impacts
Hands-on Technical Leadership
• Configure, extend and optimize platform capabilities (workflows, business rules, metadata, security, and role-based access)
• Serve as a technical escalation point, directly troubleshooting complex system, integration, and data issues
• Support releases, deployments, and production stabilization efforts
• Monitor platform and integration performance and drive optimization
• Analyze and resolve cross-system data inconsistencies using strong data and SQL capabilities
• Provide technical direction to internal teams and vendors across design, configuration, testing and defect resolution
